Any alarm on campus goes off, and:
- It is displayed in detail (right down to which door was opened or window was broken) along with a map of the building showing the details in a graphical format
- Integrated CCTV — the nearest camera to the alarm pans, tilts and zooms to view the area in alarm
- Integrated digital voice recording will time stamp and record any dispatch phone calls and/or radio calls
- Emergency phones operate the same way as an alarm where the location, graphic and CCTV along with a time stamped recording of the emergency call
- The system can also send a page, text or email to the department involved and/or to any or all officers on campus in real time
- When integrated with the mass notification system, all live and prerecorded messages are time stamped and recorded
- Integrated card access will allow the dispatcher to see either all users as they enter a building or flag non-permitted users
